Presenters must upload their slides during the break before the start of their session.

Presenter’s Biography and Briefings
Twenty minutes before your session commences, you should meet with the Session Chair in the room in which you will be presenting. You should familiarise yourself with the audio-visual equipment and check that your slides are uploaded correctly.

The poster must be no larger than 90 cm wide x 120 cm high. Posters larger than these dimensions will not be displayed at the Congress.

The title and the names of the authors should be easily readable at a distance of three meters. The text should be large enough to read from a reasonable distance, e.g. by someone reading over another attendee’s shoulder. Use upper and lower case for general content as the use of all-capital text is difficult to read. Avoid using mixtures of type/font styles.

The title should be the same as in the final paper. Affiliations and contact details of authors should appear on the poster.

You will have to stick your poster to a smooth surface. The congress organisers will provide all materials to mount your poster.
